D. (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv).
The correct answer is: (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv).
These are all fair reasons for dismissal.
To be able to justify dismissal as fair dismissal the employer must show that his reason related to one of the following.
(a) The capability or qualifications of the employee for performing work of the kind which he was employed to do;(b) The conduct of the employee;(c) Redundancy;(d) Legal prohibition or restriction by which the employee could not lawfully continue to work in the position which he held;(e) Some other substantial reason which justifies dismissal.
