The Association of International Accountants (AIA) is pleased to inform members in Hong Kong that AIA will be signing an agreement with HKICPA in January 2008.
　　As you will be aware, AIA has been working closely with the HKICPA on recognition issues in Hong Kong and it is hoped that the two parties will sign an Agreement in January, details of which will be announced nearer to the time. The announcement came at the HKICPA Annual Dinner last week, when Roger Best discussed international recognition and the coming together of AIA and HKICPA.
　　AIA Immediate Past President Tommy Tam said: “I am delighted with the developments between AIA and HKICPA. I think the agreement will have an extremely positive effect for AIA members is Hong Kong and I look forward to working with HKICPA in the future.”
       目前AIA在國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)人數(shù)很少，不太受歡迎。
