? 改革原因分析:
在逐漸發(fā)展的商業(yè)環(huán)境中,Governance,Risk以及Strategy逐漸難以分離,同時(shí)Ethic和Professional Skill也逐漸受到重視,所以原來的P1/P3課程取消,設(shè)置Strategic Business Leader課程。
? 改革后對(duì)考生有什么影響:
合并后的P1P3新科目 “Strategic Business Leader”的考試時(shí)間從之前的3小時(shí)變成4小時(shí),這對(duì)同學(xué)們應(yīng)該會(huì)提出更大的挑戰(zhàn);
考核目標(biāo)從背書、計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)變到商業(yè)分析,而中國學(xué)生對(duì)于商業(yè)分析類的掌握不如計(jì)算、背書記憶類拿手。
時(shí)間有限,如果截至到6月份只過了P1、P3中的一門,都需要重新參加新科目的考試;
因此,針對(duì)截止到2018年9月ACCA考試時(shí)學(xué)生們ACCA考試科目P1P3成績的保留問題,ACCA給出以下答復(fù):
1、如果ACCA考試科目P1P3兩門科目都通過了的學(xué)員,將會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)換成為新的科目Strategic Business Leader,成績科目保留。
2、如果P1P3兩門科目只通過一門的學(xué)員,通過的一門成績將會(huì)作廢,學(xué)員需要參加Strategic Business Leader的考試。
3、建議學(xué)生或在2018年9月之前通過P1P3考試,或者在2018年9月之后直接參加Strategic Business Leader的考試。

考試時(shí)間:4小時(shí);
考試題型:1道案例題,15頁左右篇幅
分?jǐn)?shù)設(shè)置:Technique占80%;Ethics & Professional Skill 占20%
所以,建議大家在考SBL之前把Ethics and Professional Skills Module做完,這對(duì)通過SBL至關(guān)重要。
上圖是SBL科目的基本知識(shí)模塊和需要考生培養(yǎng)的技能,而這些技能的培養(yǎng)是融入在上面的知識(shí)模塊當(dāng)中,需要在不斷學(xué)習(xí)的過程中,慢慢培養(yǎng)成為戰(zhàn)略商業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人所需要的能力。
而科目的考試方式也不再會(huì)有簡單的論述題,簡單題,而更多的是將考生置于不同的工作環(huán)境中,考察考生利用不同的Skills處理實(shí)際工作問題的能力,處理過程是否注意到了Ethics的要求等等,所以僅僅依靠死記硬背很可能在考試中遭遇重大失利。考試時(shí)間雖然延長到了4個(gè)小時(shí), ACCA協(xié)會(huì)希望給到學(xué)生更多的時(shí)間去Reading & Thinking。
為了避免學(xué)生不清楚每道題該用哪些技能來回答,在實(shí)際考試中,每個(gè)問題后面都會(huì)注明本題考察的具體Skills。

ACCA’s latest innovations to the top level of its qualification are new Strategic Professional level exams which will replace the existing Professional level exams in September 2018 and a new Ethics and Professional Skills module, which will be introduced in October 2017.
The redesign enhances the breadth and depth of the qualification, with greater focus on employability and the practical application of core skills in the contemporary workplace and includes:
Strategic Business Leader – an innovative case study exam, based on a realistic business scenario. This gives students the skills and technical expertise required by modern business where decisions need to be made, measured and effectively communicated to the wider organisation.
Strategic Business Reporting – a new exam exposing students to the wider context of finance and business reporting, giving them the vital skills needed to explain and communicate to stakeholders the implications of transactions and reporting.
An Ethics and Professional Skills module - making modifications to the existing ethics module, which ACCA was the first professional body to offer to students in 2008. This new module will equip them with the professional skills that are needed in the modern workplace.
