　　職業(yè)倫理，新增Reading 1 Ethics and Trust in the Investment Profession.新增6個考點
 
　　經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)，結(jié)構(gòu)整理，將原來的3個session組合成兩個session，考點數(shù)目也減少很多
 
　　財務(wù)報表分析，增加一個考點(revenue recognition)，同時刪除一個考點(extraordinary items)
 
　　企業(yè)理財，新增R34 Corporate Governance and ESG：An Introduction
       以下是CFA官方規(guī)定的CFA報名條件：
 
　　Enrollment requirements:
 
　　Have a bachelor's(or equivalent)degree
 
　　-or be in the final year of your bachelor's degree program at the time of registration
 
　　-or have four years of qualified,professional work experience
 
　　-or have a combination of work and college experience that totals at least four years
 
　　Be prepared to take the exams in English
 
　　Effective 1 January 2011:Have a valid international travel passport(For exam enrollment and registration)
 
　　從2011年1月1日開始，CFA考試報名必須用護(hù)照號報考，憑護(hù)照入場。
 
　　CFA報名要求本科學(xué)歷（大4就可報考，最快的方式是大4上半年順利拿下CFA1級，接著6月份順利拿下CFA2級）或大專學(xué)歷1年半工作經(jīng)驗或4年相關(guān)投資專業(yè)經(jīng)驗
