Our client offers a full range of property services: sales & leasing, landlord services, tenant representation, corporate services, investment services & special projects, consultancy & research, valuation and property & asset management. Till date, they have 64 offices in Asia Pacific region with over 294 offices worldwide. The China team is now located in 4 major cities – Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Chengdu. With the rapid expansion in the real estate market in China, they are now seeking a highly qualified professional to manage and lead the research and advisory team in Shanghai.
Job Opportunity:
Position: Director of Property Management
Location: Beijing
Report to: Managing Director, REMS, Greater China
Key Areas of Responsibility:
l Maintain close and regular liaison with clients / building users / tenants to ensure satisfaction with all aspects of property building management
l Maintain good relationship with local government
l Ensure all operational and financial performance indicators and targets are met
l Develop and implement the operating procedures and processes
l Ensure that the property is well managed according to international and local standards
l Ensure existing clients are provided with regular management reports
l Maintain an efficient departmental records system
l Ensure the quality and accuracy for all documentations produced is up to professional standard
l Coach, train and review the performance of property management staff and provide regular feedback to HR Dept
l Liaise and provide assistance to other divisions as required
Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:
l University degree in a property-related field or similar qualifications
l 10+ years’ experience in Property Management
l Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese, with spoken Cantonese an asset
l Familiarity with China and/or Hong Kong real estate market and ability to present business solutions based on local market conditions and customer needs an advantage
l Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks
l Good teamwork and communications skills
l Strong initiative and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment
l Proficient in computer literacy & PM software an advantage
