  KPMG's IT Advisory Services (ITA) provides audit and advisory services which assist clients in identifying risks and establishing appropriate controls and security measures using information systems and technology. ITA professionals advise clients on managing risks arising from the use of information technology (IT) and assisting them in designing and implementing appropriate controls and security.
  Responsibilities
  Has sufficient understanding of the business case, identifying client’s needs and business opportunities
  Initiate project start-ups and lead plan/define phases for each
  Manage and deliver the project
  Conduct client relationship management
  Facilitates discussions with key stakeholders and management
  Manages risk and contingency to mitigate uncertainty
  Experience
  3-7 years direct experience in operational risk management (ORM) and/or internal control projects or relevant position
  Has a proven record of realistic estimation and demonstrates the financial knowledge and along with the customer facing and behavioral skills to take responsibility for an ORM project
  In-depth knowledge of business processes and solutions: consulting methods (e.g. Interview techniques, interpersonal skills, business understandings), full lifecycle ORM implementation experience (team leader or project manager) for banks and/or other financial institution, better with system implementation involvement.
  Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
  Leadership skills (e.g. team development, motivation)
  Good Chinese and English in speaking and writing
  Willingness for frequent travel
  Education and Professional Certifications
  Bachelor or Master degree in economics, law, taxation, or business;
  CPA, Licensed Customs Broker, China Certified Tax Agent or advanced law degree would be a plus
