  KeyResponsibilities/Challenges:
  Our M&A team has advised on many of M&A transactions in recent years in China. With emphasis on quality,innovation and timeliness, we deliver highly successful outcomes in mergers andacquisitions for leading companies in China and around the world.
  Due to continued growth we are seeking for amanager with 2+ years of M&A experiences to join our Beijing M&A team.Working alongside a number of experienced M&A experts in the practice, youwill be involved in public and private mergers and acquisitions advisory work.
  Support thestructuring and execution of transactions, including equity fundraising, JointVenture Set-up, Acquisitions, and Disposal.
  Conduct detailedfinancial / pricing analysis using mainstream pricing methodologies, includingnet asset approach, discounted cash flow and comparable analysis.
  Team with partnerson proposals pitch books and information memorandums, etc.
  Assisting client inpreparing transaction documents
  Assist clients indue diligence exercises
  Participate inclient meetings and provide negotiation support during transaction process
  Qualifications &Skills
  · A minimum 2 years' experiences in M&A environment, preferably in a lead advisory role.
  Strong financial analysis, valuation andmodelling skills, including integrated financial models and DCF modelling.
  Highly developed project management andcommunications skills.
  Fluent in English and Mandarin (written andspoken).
  Good understanding of the Chinese M&Aenvironment (public market, private company and private equity).
  Excellent academic background preferably witha professional qualification in accounting/ statutory valuation/Financialanalysis. Holders of ACCA, CPA, CPV and CFA are preferential.
